Syria has condemned state-sponsors of terrorism for backing groups which exploit the wellbeing of children to achieve their inhumane goals.
The Foreign Ministry said Friday, December 16, terrorists remote-detonated explosives strapped to an 8-year-old after she entered the Midan Police Station in Damascus. The girl was killed in the blast, while a police officer was injured the station’s second floor offices and bathroom were damaged.
The ministry said that this most recent incident shows that terrorists do not hesitate to exploit children, and also proves that those who sponsor these organizations do not care about Syrian children’s lives.
