The US led coalition that attacked Syria under the pretext of fighting the Islamic State admitted responsibility for killing 77 civilians in Raqqa province last summer.
The British Daily Mail newspaper reported that Amnesty International mentioned in a report published last June that 24 children and 25 women were among the 77 civilians killed in four massacres committed by warplanes of the “International Coalition” in Raqqa last summer.
The newspaper noted that the organization’s report drew criticism from the coalition’s officials, but later the coalition admitted its involvement in the killing of 77 civilians.
