A source has told Halap News that a group of Syrian militiamen known as "Shabbiha" and Turkish Alawites delivered some Syrian young men to the regime.
The group trapped the young men through offering to help them get fake passports to travel to Europe.
The source documented the arrest of dozens of people supposed to go to Greece through the sea, but said they found themselves in Latakia harbor, only to be arrested immediately by regime forces.
