At least 10 people have been killed in a Russian missile attack on the northern town of Salqin near the Turkish border, activists said Monday.
Activists said the two vacuum missiles fired into Idleb's key town were launched from a Russian warship based in the Mediterranean Sea.
On Sunday, Russian aerial bombing killed at least 47 people, including nine children, in Khasham near the city of Deir-ez-Zor.
The four-month Russian air campaign has revived the Syrian regim, which has made rapid gains since last October.
