“The project will be implemented by Energostroy and has now completed its preliminary procedures, and a 10,000 square meter plot of land has been allocated to it within Sheikh Najjar Industrial City. This comes following the completion of its study by the Syrian Investment Authority and several relevant ministries, including electricity, oil, and local administration,” the agency added.

“The project, which is awaiting final approval from the Syrian government, will be launched in partnership between a Syrian investor and expatriate (the Russian-Syrian investor Ali Hassan Kaakeh), and investors from the Russian Federation,” the agency said.
