Humanitarian supplies provided by Russia were distributed on Thursday to displaced families from the towns of Foua and Kefraya in Idleb who are now living in the Sayyidah Zaynab area in the Damascus countryside.
In a statement to the reporters, a spokesperson for the Russian ceasefire monitor center at Hemeimeem, Alexei Ivanov, pointed out that Russia distributed 300 food packages containing flour, sugar and canned food.
Russia has provided hundreds of tons of food and medical supplies in aid to Syrians suffering inside the country over the past months.
