President Bashar al-Assad issued legislative decree no. 18 for 2015 on Wednesday, which amends Article 1 of Law no. 28 for 2011.
The decree imposes a tax on all Turkish goods and materials imported to the Syrian Arab Republic.
The tax, which is 30 percent of the value of imported materials in question, will be allocated to support the reconstruction of developing villages in Syria.
