Astana Guarantors to Hold Summit Next Month

It has been announced that Russia, Iran and Turkey are to hold a summit to discuss the ongoing crisis in Syria reports SANA.

On Tuesday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that a summit for the guarantor states of the Astana process (Russia, Iran, and Turkey) will be held next month in Turkey to discuss the crisis in Syria.

The guarantor states have held several summits on the crisis in Syria, the most recent of which took place in Sochi, Russia, in February.
