The Syrian Arab Republic strongly condemned the military coup in Bolivia.

An official source at the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said: “The Syrian Arab Republic strongly condemns the military coup in Bolivia, and it expresses solidarity with the legitimate elected President Evo Morales.”

The source added that the Syrian Arab Republic renews its standing by the Bolivian people in these difficult times and it appreciates their standing by the Arab issues and their conflicts against US hegemony and its outrageous interference in the affairs of these states.
