The US-led International Coalition continues to commit massacres against civilians in the Deir ez-Zor countryside. Its warplanes have targeted civilians who were running away from the Islamic State (ISIS) in al-Baghouz village in Deir ez-Zor’s southeastern countryside.
Local sources said that before midnight the Coalition’s warplanes targeted cars carrying civilians, who were fleeing from areas under the control of ISIS, claiming the lives of a number of them and injuring others.
Sources indicated that most of the cars were destroyed, adding that the number of martyrs is likely to rise due to the critical condition of the injured.
The aggression launched by the Coalition comes three days after another massacre in which 20 civilians were killed, including women and children, who were targeted as they tried to flee areas where ISIS terrorists are positioned in al-Baghouz Fouqani village.
