Rebels in the northern countryside of Aleppo declared the death of the second man in the Islamic State Of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) Haji Bakr or Abu Bakr al-Iraqi.
The factions in the northern countryside said that colonel Abu Bakr, who was a former officer in Saddam Husain's Baath army, had joined the organization after offering his military experience to the leader of the organization, Omar al-Baghdadi.
Abu Bakr showed his commitment to the organization and became one of the leaders close to Baghdadi.
The rebels confirmed Abu Bakr was the second leader in the organization and a kind of personal adviser for Baghdadi. New documents about him will be released soon, the rebels said.
