At least 15 people have been killed on Wednesday in regime air strikes on the northern city of Idleb, local coordination committees reported.
Activists said children and women were among the victims who fled battles in Aleppo.
The air strikes hit the neighborhoods of Al-Mashtal Park, Al-Jamaa and Al-Kastana.
