Activities of the first Administrative Reform Conference began Sunday under the motto “Effective management.. towards effective institutions” to discuss common problems among all ministries related to regulations and human resources.
The conference, set to last till the end of June, will review the outcomes of the administrative reform project to issue final recommendations, approve their regulation structures, and approve a map of human resources and job vacancies in Syria.
The participants hope to reach a joint national vision that brings together all ministries and builds administrations and institutions that are active and capable of performing their official and administrative functions.
The conference will review in its successive sessions the national database for the institutional regulation indicator and of the workforce indicator in all the ministries of the state.
