Public Works and Housing Minister Hussein Arnous met with an Indian business delegation on Saturday to discuss enhancing cooperation in the field of construction.
Arnous called for enhancing coordination and cooperation between the two countries as part of the wider rapprochement taking place between the countries of the East.
He also thanked the delegation for its recent participation in the Damascus International Fair, stating that India’s representation was the most prominent in terms of economy and culture.
For their part, members of the delegation said they were pleased to have witnessed the continuation of work and production in Syria at all the economic facilities.
