An armed terrorist group on Sunday attacked gasoline and diesel tanks in Hassakeh, causing massive damage, in their ongoing attempt to target Syrian infrastructure and facilities.
Manager of Mahroukat Fuel Company, Mahmoud Shekho, told SANA that the terrorist attack resulted in heavy material damage to a tank carrying 500,000 liters of diesel, resulting in the eruption of a large fire. He noted there were no casualties or injuries in the attack.
But Shekho said fire fighters extinguished the blaze but were attacked by terrorists as they tried to reach the site.
