The Attorney General of the Terrorism Court has filed a case against Mohammad Habash, a former member of the Syrian parliament and Chairman of the Islamic Studies Center in Damascus.
Habbash had been an ally of the regime for many years and a frequent guest on Syrian TV before leaving Syria.
All4Syria was told Habbash is accused of inciting Syrians to sectarian conflict, conspiring against the Syrian people and funding terrorism. Habash joins a long list of oppositionists against whom cases are raised in terrorism court.
