President Bashar Assad on Wednesday issued two decrees appointing new governors for the provinces of Quneitra and Homs.
Maen Salah-Eddin Ali was named Governor of Quneitra by Decree no. 255, and Talal al-Barazi was named Governor of Homs by Decree no. 256.
