Syrian dissident, Suleiman Al-Yousef, said “the Islamic State (ISIS) has released a Christian boy, Nidal Shimon, after he was kidnapped two months ago".
Surprisingly, ISIS also gave him 50,000 Syrian pounds in compensation for damages suffered resulting from his abduction.
It seems that this strange step, the first of its kind, is an attempt to revive the image of the organization tarnished with the blood of innocent people.
