Syria Still Believes Dialogue Possible

Minister of Information Omran al-Zoubi stressed on Thursday that Syria, despite facing international terrorism in all security, military and economic forms, still believes that dialogue is possible and necessary.

During a meeting with Head of the Office of the U.N. Special Envoy to Syria Mokhtar Lamani in Damascus, Zoubi said the countries backing the Nusra Front in Syria have transgressed all international resolutions on counterterrorism.

He said this conduct, means those countries have violated all internationally agreements unifying efforts to fight terrorism.

Both sides reviewed internal developments in Syria and the efforts being made to halt aggression on Syria, along with Syria's position and serious efforts to find an inclusive political solution to the crisis.
