A joint workshop was organized to discuss the state and prospects for bilateral cooperation and set up drafts for future agreements in trade exchange and cooperation in several sectors such as transport, tourism, customs facilitations, and finance, with the aim of promoting Syria’s agricultural and industrial exports in Russian markets on the basis of mutual benefits without harming the interest of Syrian customers.
In a statement to SANA’s reporter in Moscow, Assistant Foreign and Expatriates Minister Ayman Sousan said that the meetings of the Syrian-Russian Committee contribute to further enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries to match the level of their political and strategic ties.
