At least 15 people, including two rebel commanders, were killed late on Tuesday when an ISIS suicide bomber stormed a meeting in Marea, north of Aleppo, activists said.

Pro-ISIS Twitter feeds praised the suicide attack that targeted a meeting of Liwa al-Tawhid, a rebel group affiliated to al-Shamiya Front.

Another car bomb struck the town of Hor Kalas in the northern countryside of Aleppo, leaving a number of casualties amid reports of an ISIS offensive to capture the Bab al Salameh border crossing with Turkey.
