Rocket Attack on Damascus Countryside Injures 8 Civilians

Police source says Army of Islam group targeted the suburb of Harasta and a hospital northeast of the capital

Militants from the Army of Islam group breached the UN-backed ceasefire agreement after targeting a police hospital and the suburb of Harasta in the Damascus countryside with rockets.

A source at the Damascus countryside Police Command said that the group targeted Harasta with four rockets, injuring six persons including a child and causing material damage to property.

The source added that two other people were injured when two rockets fell on the police hospital, damaging the facility.
