Iran, Turkey Agree to Cooperate to End Crisis in Syria

The Iranian Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday an Iranian-Turkish agreement on “cooperation” for ending the crisis in Syria and sending humanitarian aid to the war-torn country.

The agreement was announced during a visit by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to Ankara.

The ministry said the agreement is considered a “important achievement” reached after Zarif’s short visit to the Turkish capital.
