200 Tons of Iranian Aid Arrives in Eastern Aleppo

Ten-truck convoy contained food, children's clothes, medicine and school stationery, local official tells SANA

An Iranian aid convoy carrying relief supplies arrived in the eastern countryside of Aleppo province on Tuesday.

In a statement to SANA, member of the Aleppo City Council Abdul Ghani Qassab said 10 trucks carried 200 tons of relief and food items, children's clothes, medicine, and school stationery.

Qassab noted that the aid highlights the friendship and ties between the people of Syria and Iran.
