At least six civilians, including children, were killed on Sunday in Russian airstrikes on the northern city of Idleb, a local media center reported.
The Idleb Media Center said Russia attacked civilian areas with vacuum missiles, leaving 13 people killed and wounded.
Regime strikes also killed more than three civilians, including two sisters, in Khan Sheikhoun town near Idleb.
Last Thursday, Russian air attacks on Al-Qusour neighborhood in Idleb city killed 25 people, including four children and four women.
The U.K.-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Monday there have so far been about 465,000 people killed and missing in Syria's war.
