Alloush Sets 72 Hour Deadline for Negotiations
The commander of the Islamic Army, Zahran Alloush, declared that there will be no negotiations with the regime for the exchange of captives if the two parties don't reach an agreement within 72 hours.
 
Alloush said in a statement that the negotiations with the representatives of the regime about exchanging all the captives of Islam Army with eight pro-regime military captives have lasted for nine months.
 
"If the families of regime captives didn’t move within 72 hours, there will be no negotiations afterwards", the statement said on Monday.
