The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) seized four regime-held military sites near the village of al-Mukharram, east of the city of Homs, where more than 10 regime soldiers and National Defense militants were killed.

Ammunition, including anti-tank Milan missiles, and several military vehicles belonging to the regime were also seized during the operation.
