A source in Syrian foreign ministry working with the opposition has leaked the government's official reply to the invitation sent by United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to foreign minister Walid al-Moallem to attend the Geneva II conference in Montreux on 22 January 2014.
The reply includes the acceptance to attend the conference as well as the names of the official and technical delegation members. Because the original document contains symbols and signs that will reveal the identity of the source, we decided to publish the names, but not the original copy.
