Minister of Interior Mohammad al-Shaar said that new instructions will be issued to all borders check-points in order to facilitate the entrance of opposition forces in exile to enter the country, stay in it, and leave freely in order to participate in the national dialogue.
In the meantime the Supreme Judicial Council decided on Sunday to suspend all prosecutions against opposition political figures who plan to participate in the national dialogue.
The Council pointed out that these opposition forces and figures will be identified by the government.
