The President of the Syrian coalition Mouaz al-Khatib said that Ambassador Robert Ford and King Abdullah II together with Iran and Russia want to break the Syrian people’s will.
Al-Khatib published on his page on Facebook that there are parties that work hard to frustrate the Syrian people and break its morale. These parties include US Ambassador Robert Ford who said recently that “only God knows when Bashar is going to fall.”
Al-Khatib also criticized King Abdullah of Jordan for saying that “whoever believes that the regime is falling soon does not know what is going on on the ground.”
To Ford and King Abdullah II, al-Khatib also criticized Iran for “not letting Bashar down,” and the Russians for repeating that “Assad’s stepping aside is something that the opposition wants but will not happen.”
