Syrian President Bashar Assad on Sunday issued Decree no. 199 for 2013 on formation of the National Media Council.
According to the decree, new members were appointed to the council. They include Chairman Mohamad Razouq, Deputy Chairman Fouad Abdul-Majd al-Ballat, and seven others.
