The wisdom and sacrifices of the Syrian people have defeated the country's enemies, the Grand Mufti Ahmad Badreddine Hassoun said Thursday.
During an address titled "Energy's Role in Peacemaking," the Mufti said Syria's resources and capacities are being targeted.
He said Syria's energy and petroleum resources drop in value when a country's spirit is not awakened and people cannot fulfill their potential.
He called on the Syrian people to stand up against conspiracies being hatched against the homeland.
