The Minister of Social Affairs, Kinda al-Shammat has stressed the ministry’s intention to facilitate the return of displaced Syrians abroad after they were driven out of their homes under the current circumstances.
During a meeting of the committee for returning displaced Syrian citizens, Shammat said the committee is tasked with overseeing the return of the displaced Syrians who want to return, with guarantees offered by the Syrian government.
The committee's members said it was important to provide administrative assistance for the return of the displaced in coordination with international organizations in neighboring countries.
