Aleppo: Paramedic Killed in Terrorist Shelling of Russian Hospital

Terrorists on Monday shelled a Russian mobile hospital in the Al-Furqan district of Aleppo, killing a Russian paramedic and injuring others, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

Ministry spokesperson Igor Konashenkov said that terrorists shelled a Russian mobile hospital in Aleppo killing a paramedic and severely injuring two staff members. A number of hospital patients were also injured in the attack, he added.

Konashenkov said that responsibility for the attack lies on foreign state backers of terrorism, including the United States, the United Kingdom and France, adding, “We know who provided the militants with information on the Russian hospital and its exact coordinates.”

The ministry also announced that a Russian fighter jet crashed in the Mediterranean Sea due to a failed landing on the Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier off the Syrian coast.
