More Families Return to Their Villages in Aleppo’s Eastern Countryside

Around 118 families from Deir Hafer and Manbij returned to their homes in the eastern countryside of Aleppo after the Syrian army restored security and stability to the area.

A number of the returnees told SANA that they were happy to return home after army units cleared the area of improvised explosives left behind by the terrorists before their defeat.

The locals thanked the army for their sacrifices, expressing their determination to rebuild their cities and begin re-cultivating their lands after being destroyed by terrorism.

The Aleppo governorate has started work on rehabilitating the service facilities and infrastructure to provide for the needs of the returnees.
