Justice Minister Hisham al-Shaar met with Iranian Ambassador to Syria Javad Turk-Abadi to discuss boosting cooperation in the legal and judicial fields.
The two sides pointed to the importance of implementing signed agreements related to judicial cooperation in civil, commercial, penal and personal matters.
Both officials also stressed the necessity of continuing coordination on issues of common interest, especially in the fight against terrorism and its backers.
