Syria on Monday stressed that the statements by Qatari officials confirming Doha will continue supplying terrorists in Syria with weapons are an attempt at raising the morale of the armed groups suffering defeats at the hands of the Syrian army.
Commenting on the statements, an official Syrian Foreign Ministry source said that the henchmen of Qatar are once again revealing their organic relationship with the armed terrorist groups in Syria, proving that Doha is a reservoir of extremism, terrorism and takfiri mentality.
The source stressed that the end of terrorism in Syria is near, adding that the international community must shoulder its responsibility to take disciplinary actions against the states which sponsor terrorism.
